Feds investigate voter fraud at SD pro-abortion campaign HQ
Initially we thought UNHealthy Families, Chris Cassidy, and others on the staff there, violated South Dakota state law by committing voter fraud (a SD violation constitutes a misdemeanor - $2000 fine or 4 years in jail). Turns out this is a federal crime which is a felony and the US Attorney and FBI are now involved. A SD citizen filed a complaint and provided a 17 minute audio, video, affidavits and other evidence to the US Attorney and FBI.
In a news release dated October 28, United States Attorney Marty J. Jackley of the District of South Dakota states;
Election fraud and voting rights abuses dilute the worth of votes honestly cast. They also corrupt the essence of our representative form of government. As crimes against both the individual and the government, they will be dealt with promptly and aggressively.
That's good to hear. Here's the federal statute that pertains to the violations by Chris Cassidy and other staff at the South Dakota Campaign for UNHealthy Families;
(c) Whoever knowingly or willfully gives false information as to his name, address or period of residence in the voting district for the purpose of establishing his eligibility to register to vote, or conspires with another individual for the purpose of encouraging his false registration to vote or illegal voting, or pays or offers to pay or accepts payment either for registration to vote or for voting shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both: Provided, however, That this provision shall be applicable only to general, special, or primary elections held solely or in part for the purpose of selecting or electing any candidate for the office of President, Vice President, presidential elector, Member of the United States Sentate, Member of the United States House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Colombia, Guam, or the Virgin Islands, or Resident Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. (U.S.C.A. TItle 42. The Public Health and Welfare Chapter 20. Elective Franchise Subchapter I-A. Enforcing of Voting Rights 1973i Prohibited Acts)
Additional violations, penalties and punishments can stack up when there is subsequent "concealment of material facts or giving of false statements" which clearly has happened, at least in the case of Chris Cassidy. Happy Halloween Chris!! I'm sure this is frightening for you.
But the rest of us need to keep this in perspective. It's not half as frightening as an innocent child in it's mothers womb being dismembered without anesthesia. I encourage every South Dakotan to vote YES on 11 because your vote can speak for every unborn child in South Dakota who has no voice or vote.

Thankful that action is taking place! This is completely crazy that these folks who come in here are doing this….and yet I heard Jan and her crew complain that IM11 had outside interests influencing this race? From what I can tell from the finance report…more money has come from outside SD to their side…I think they are telling on themselves….now they are denying this too? Let's get them all! Anyone who would work so hard to keep it legal to kill babies and destroy women is not welcome here
