Obama appoints pond scum porn lawyer to Justice Dept

Imagine a guy who profits from defending the porn industries "right" to exploit women. Imagine a guy who built a career representing clients most Americans find repulsive. Now imagine a guy who has also argued against parents being notified that their 14-year old daughter had an abortion, saying that "there is no qualitative . . . difference between minors . . . and adults." With this distorted view of right and wrong you won't be surprised to know this guy has also vigorously fought legislation that would ban child porn. 

But this guy is Obama's appointment to Deputy Attorney General of the United States of America. His name is David Ogden and the best thing you can to to stop this appointment is to contact your US Senators. Make haste to do so.  Few people have such a long history of extreme anti-family, anti-child views.  Here's why we have to stop this crap early, there is good reason to believe Ogdan is one being groomed for an Obama Supreme Court appointment.

Patrick Trueman, former chief of the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section of the Justice Department, spoke yesterday about Ogdan;

Certainly, he reflects President Obama on Obama’s positions on pornography, homosexuality and abortion. We can see this from the nomination. And I believe David Ogden is being groomed for a position on the United States Supreme Court, with this appointment to a high office.

Let me just make a comment that appointments to the Department of Justice, more than to any other department, reflect a president’s moral agenda. An appointment to the Department of Commerce, even to Health and Human Services, only reflects the president’s partial agenda. But on the moral agenda, you can see from a president’s appointment to high positions in the Department of Justice where they stand. He is appointing people to run the Department of Justice, to interpret the laws of our nation, to carry out the laws of our nation, who will fight fiercely against the pro-family movement. And President Obama is a man the pro-family movement should fear, and we can see this in his appointments. He’s not reaching across the aisle. He’s not compromising on the moral agenda.

Yesterday, sheltered behind kiddie human shields, the abortion president stood at his podium after signing the S-CHIP law which extends health care to "poor" kids (families making up to $100K qualify) and said;

Today, with one of the first bills I sign - reauthorizing the Children's Health Insurance Program - we fulfill one of the highest responsibilities we have: to ensure the health and well-being of our nation's children. … I refuse to accept that millions of our kids fail to reach their full potential because we fail to meet their basic needs.

Two thoughts… 1) too bad this "care and compassion" stops short of including the unborn.  2) If he really cared about children, Odgen would not be even a consideration.

Mr. President, we are watching what you do, not listening to what you say.
