Only Dick Cheney and Planned Parenthood pull the trigger before identifying the target
Doctor: Should I kill it?
Woman: What is it?
South Dakota, how should the doctor answer the question? With more information. How should the woman answer the doctors question? It depends fully on what she is told "it" is.
Is it too much to ask for more information? Information makes for an informed decision. We want women to make their own decisions don't we? Why keep them in the dark (unless a veil of darkness is essential to conceal something they don't want you to see.) There is no proceeding unless it is clear what "it" is. If "it" is a cockroach, the answer would be "yes." If "it" is her sister, then the answer is "no." If "it" is an enemy soldier in combat, the answer may be "yes."
Only Dick Cheney (and Planned Parenthood) pull the trigger before first identifying the target.
SB 88 is the sonogram bill that now faces the South Dakota Senate. Can you even fathom having any medical procedure done, especially an invasive and controversial one, without your "doctor" giving you all the information, showing you all that he sees - xray, MRI results, blood work, anatomy charts explaining the procedure, etc…
Any "legit" medical facility would not fight this bill. The reason Planned Parenthood is fighting it is because they aren't trying to help women. They are selling abortions. And they know that 90% of abortion-bound women choose life after being giving information and being shown a sonogram!! What we have here is a snake oil sales game going on here - one where women are deceived and fleeced.

Only Dick Cheney (and Planned Parenthood) pulls the trigger before first identifying the target.
Clever analogy!
However, to be fair to Cheney, he had properly identified the target. The lawyer stepped in front of him.
