SD Physicians for Life ad

Here's the doctors ad that will be in the Argus Leader tomorrow encouraging support for IM11. I love the line "REAL SD DOCTORS" - that makes the point that the doctors in the mailers and ads from UNHealthy Families aren't South Dakota docs - they are stock images from Getty Images. We've only seen one South Dakota doc this fall oppose Initiated Measure 11.

The other thing that made me smile is they refer to the person who flies in from Minnesota weekly to do abortions as an "abortionist," not a doctor.  Very interesting. Doctors save lives, they don't take them. They ad says REAL docs take an oath to "do no harm."

They clear up the fog about the government looking into our medical records when IM11 is passed. Nonsense. HIPPA isn't affected by IM11 - ignore the liars at UNHealthy Families.

They remind us of the clear exceptions for rape, incest, the health and life of the mother.

These docs speak of abortion taking the life of a human being, not a fetus or blog of tissue.
